- Enter Profile Details: Fill in your accurate academic credentials, graduation year, and current professional information.
- Prepare Files: Ensure your profile photo and signature copy are clear images (
.jpgor.png) and under 2 MB each. - Secure Payment: After clicking “Submit”, you will be instantly redirected to our secure Razorpay portal to complete your membership fee payment.
⚠️ Important Note:
Your membership registration will only be formally processed and activated upon a successful payment transaction. Unpaid form submissions are automatically cleared from the system daily.

Every single membership tier offered by the association is a strict, one-time lifetime payment. There are absolutely no recurring annual fees, hidden renewals, or future subscription charges. Once you register and complete your payment, your status as a verified premium member is permanently locked in for life.
While every plan grants you permanent lifetime membership status, the different tiers allow alumni to contribute according to their current career stage and financial comfort. Higher tiers (like the Patron Circle) represent a deeper philanthropic contribution toward the college’s development funds and student scholarships.
Absolutely. All transactions are handled externally and securely by Razorpay, India’s leading payment gateway provider. Your payment details are encrypted using industry-standard PCI-DSS protocols. Our website never sees, handles, or stores your credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials.
Once your Razorpay transaction is successful, our college administration desk cross-references your graduation credentials with the official institutional archives. This manual verification process typically takes 24 to 48 business hours, after which your digital membership profile is fully activated.
To ensure your membership identification card prints beautifully, you will need to upload a clear, passport-sized Profile Photo and a clean, scanned copy of your Signature (signed on a plain white paper). Both files should be in .jpg or .png format and under 2 MB in size.
